I’m running for Congress because I am sick and tired of establishment democrats who use Congress for their own personal, political, and financial gain, continually refuse to fight for what their constituents voted them in office for, consistently lie to and gaslight their constituents and people of this country, roll over to the republicans, and vote for republican policies. My opponent is one of these democrats. He is basically a republican in a democrat seat. He’s bankrolled by AIPAC and a very open supporter of the Israeli government committing genocide, and has doubled his net worth since taking office in Congress in January 2023 through stock trades. He even lied to his constituents saying he sold his stock to be aligned with the American people. He made roughly over $1M in stock trades, and actually dumped a bunch of medical stocks before Trumps bill came out. He has his money in mutual funds being handled by a hedge fund manager. The people deserve a representative in Congress who isn’t a politician, but is there to serve and uplift the voice of both their constituents and the people of the country. They are supposed to uphold their oath to the constitution and the office of Congress. The people deserve to have access to their representatives, they deserve to have their trust earned, they deserve to be able to see themselves in their reps because their reps are everyday middle and working class, too.

Housing & Affordable Rent
Lowering the cost of housing and rent, through extensive legislative planning.

Healthcare
Lowering the cost of healthcare and dental care creating a pathway to healthcare for all which would include dental, vision, and disability services and equipment (I have an extensive bill for that)

Social Safety Nets
Fully funding and expanding Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, WIC, and childcare, raising the income threshold to meet with the current economy, and creating a step down program for each to help families in poverty have a chance at financial independence.

Veterans Affairs
Securing and Expanding VA funding and services, and give disabled veterans who are on 50% or greater service-connected living wage disability benefits. Increase VA hiring by 400%.
Provide housing service for low income and homeless veterans. -
Social Security
Saving Social Security by placing it in an independent trust not to be used by the government for anything other than what it’s intended for.
Expanding SSDI incomes to meet the cost of living.
A comprehensive revamp and audit of SSDI to prevent the small percentage of annual fraudulent claims. Greatly expedite the application process and remove certain discriminatory qualifiers.
Raise the FICA income payment cap to $500k as opposed to the $170k its at now. -
Education
Save the department of education, fully fund pre-k -12 public schools, make private school vouchers illegal, and have all public schools under federal jurisdiction to ensure all children are receiving an equal education. Start teachers pay at $60K and $80K in high COL areas with yearly COL wage increases, a fully paid pension after 20yrs of employment and create a federal teacher union

Reproductive Rights
Protect and reinstitute ROE protections on a statewide level in order to allow people to make their own reproductive and pregnancy decisions.

Voting Rights
Protect voting rights and stop the SAVE Act.
Make mail-in voting national, and automatically register people when they get their state ID, Passport, License, or Library Card. -
Student Loan Forgiveness
Institute student loan forgiveness up to $150k, go after predatory student loan companies, conduct a twenty-year audit of every unsubsidized commercial loan taken out, and reimburse every borrower who paid more than five percent interest, and finally shut these companies down.
Charge these executives with extortion, and predatory loan practices.
Free in state State College tuition or trade school. -
Immigration Reform
Release all ICE detainees, give those who aren’t citizens and not criminals a pathway to citizenship. Do a full internal investigation into the ICE raids, charge everyone involved with violating parts 4,5,14, and 19(think that’s right), kidnapping, holding victims hostage, trafficking, human rights violations, police brutality and misconduct, basically anything we can charge them with. Defund and dismantle ICE.

International Priority
End all alliances with Israel, end the Genocide in Gaza even if it means invading Israel. Get immediate aid to the people of Gaza.

Domestic Corruption
Fight to have an independent investigation into all Congress members who trade stock for insider trading (over the last 10 years), and prosecute any member of congress found to have conducted insider trading.

What is happening in Gaza is unequivocally a genocide. Palestine was illegally occupied and colonized after WWII, and the people of Palestine have been systematically oppressed, discriminated against, and pushed off of their own land, and forced into an open air concentration camp where they have been kidnapped, illegally detained, and tortured for over 70 years because neither the US nor Europe wanted to house Jewish refugees. Now we live in a country that capitulates to Benjamin Netanyahu (along with much of world), and is complicit in this genocide and crimes against humanity.
We need to immediately stop giving Israel a goddamn thing. No more money, no more military aid. We need to sever our alliance with them, close our embassy, and force Israel to pay back every penny we’ve ever given them - plus interest.
The US needs to be held equally responsible for this genocide. From the presidents to those in Congress. I will never vote to give Israel a thing. I don’t care if the bill is hidden in a huge omnibus bill, I will vote no.
IMMEDIATELY DEFUND ICE. Investigate the Deptartment of Homeland Security and put that goddamn puppy killer under the prison. Conduct an independent investigation into ICE, and charge every individual who has involvement with the illegal kidnapping and deportation of immigrants and people in this country regardless of status. Investigate what has happened to every missing person and charge those in ICE responsible for illegal trafficking, and first degree murder for those who were detained and found dead.
Immediately release every detainee without a violent criminal record, and bring every detainee who was flown out of the United States back home to their families.
Put Greg Abbott and Ron Desantis in prison for human trafficking.
Charge every gravy seal who thought it would be cool to cosplay as ICE agents or any law enforcement with impersonating a federal law enforcement official, kidnapping, trafficking, and entrapment.
A Pledge to Destroy Christian Nationalism
It has no place in this country and all religious institutions, churches, and organizations need to immediately lose their tax status and be audited for the previous 20 years, and pay 8 years worth of back taxes.
Charge those who head the Heritage Foundation with sedition, insurrection, fraud, and treason. Remove any state governors that forced Christian ideologies in public schools from their positions for obstruction of the constitution. Label organizations and groups like the Heritage Foundation, Southern Baptist Convention as official hate groups and possible domestic terrorist organizations. Immediately overturn any legislation that was signed into law which was created using religious ideology.
We need to demilitarize the police. Local and State law enforcement, including Sheriffs, first need to have a minimum of an associates degree with courses in gender studies, at least psychology classes, sociology, Black history and the perpetuation of racism within government, law enforcement, and medicine.
Training for law enforcement needs to be a minimum of a year, preferably 2 years, and there needs to be extensive training in socioeconomic issues, race relations, mental health, constitutional law, deescalation.
They must be required to do rotations and get training in social work, psych, child psych, human trafficking, CSAM, domestic violence.
When concerning drawing and firing weapons, all police need to be held to the same standards as the military.
Police must be forced to carry personal insurance, and qualified immunity should be ended.
In background checks, anyone wanting to go into law enforcement must be vetted to ensure they aren’t a part of any group which supports white nationalism, white pride, racism, Christian Nationalism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, islamophobia, nor have made any comments or post in the previous five years of applying that are racist, misogynistic, antisemitic, violent, is harmful to children, homophobic, xenophobic, islamophobic, and/or otherwise bigoted.
Targeting White Nationalist hate groups and nascent domestic terror cells by formally and publicly labeling them all as the domestic terrorists they are, and remove their tax exempt status.
